Once you are competent you can practice in your own time at your own pace. To make this possible you can either rent or buy a Foil Drive from us.
During a lesson foiling I can help you learn how to ride a hydrofoil by breaking it down into small manageable steps.
Giving you direct feedback during the lesson with state of the art Bb talkin' radio headsets.
This means you can make adjustments before you fall.
The video is an example of what can be achieved in 2 hours.
Whatever foiling discipline you want to be good at you need time on foil and the very best way to get this is with FOIL DRIVE. There is no waiting for the right conditions, be that wind or waves. Before signing up for a lesson with me, we can have a chat on the phone to see where you are at with your foiling or to find out about your relevant board sports experience.
I will suggest exercises for you to practice to help you get a head start on understanding how a foil feels. I really believe in pre-session training. The time you put in here will make your experience on the water more intuitive and your progress faster.
A session is 2hrs of on the water of foiling instruction. Prior to this we begin with a safety briefing and basics of foiling on land. We then motor to the best spot for towing depending on the conditions, which is a lovely tour because our estuary is beautiful place to learn to foil.
